Getting the support you need shouldn’t be out of reach. At Omni Nutrition, we believe access to care is essential. We’re proud to offer virtual dietitian services that are covered by insurance. Get access to low or no cost Telehealth nutrition counseling provided by a Registered Dietitian.

Medicare Plans Require a Physician Referral:
For Medicare, a referral from your doctor is required with a diagnosis of
- Diabetes (E11 or greater)
- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 3A or greater (N18.3 or greater)

Cash Pay | FSA | Curative
If you do not have insurance or we are not in network with your insurance, we do offer a cash pay rate of $125/hr. We can provide you with a superbill after your session has occurred that you can submit to your insurance company.
If you have Curative Health insurance, please ask them to load up your Curative Cash Card with $187.50 for the cost of an initial appointment and then use the link below to book and appointment using Kalix, our EMR.
If they ask for a CPT code, please use 97802 for an initial appointment and 97803 for all follow up appointments. If they ask for a diagnosis code, you can use code Z71.3 for dietary counseling and surveillance, or other diagnosis codes provided to you by your physician.
